AWOL Supply Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

AWOL Supply Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order shipped again.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
